Burn or mount the .iso
Run setup.exe and install
Copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir
Play

Notes: Place the launcher/language changer from the CODEX dir in
the respective x86/x64 dirs to change audio/subs
Start either from shortcut or helldivers.launcher.exe (starting from
installer wont work!)
